The analysis of competition is the key element of the marketing plan of every company. This evaluation shows us what makes a given product or service unique. We will evaluate competitors by placing them in strategic groups according to the manner in which they directly compete for a share of the customer’s money. We will check their offer, profitability, growth patterns, goals and marketing assumptions, current and former strategies, organisational structure and cost structure, weaknesses and strengths and size of their operations (in sales).
After having identified all areas, we create a document with the full analysis of competition. At the customer’s request, such data may also include an analysis of competition on the internet.
