Before starting work, we must get to know the goal, mission and vision of the company. Together with our customer, we try to answer such questions as: where their company is at the moment, where it wants to be in a year’s or three years’ time, what products it currently sells, or what its sales/ production plans or global/local development plans are. Who is the supplier, what are its sales markets, what are its sales, financial and non-financial goals?
At this stage, we prepare a SWOT and PEST analyses. Based on data collected, we create an extensive document with the business assumptions of the company or the brand.
